Meditation has been practised in Buddhism for over thousands of years and it is a form of transforming one’s mind to attain emotional positivity, clarity and a vision of seeing the true nature of things. Meditation focuses on one object for a lengthy period of time that trains the mind to focus, be more aware and have a clearer stable state of mind. The melancholy sound of the little stream flowing next to the temple adds even more of a calming sensation as you meditate.
