Built with solid timber and featured with a cool clay floor, our yoga shala envelope itself in the view of a glorious sunrise each day. 

 

Yoga is a spiritual journey of self realisation by practising ethnic disciplinary, breath control and physical postures. Frequent practise of yoga flourishes the circulation of blood and strengthens organs and helps the body to be stronger and healthier. It creates greater energy within one’s self and leads to a happier and a supple life. The undisrupted natural surrounding of The Woods and the soothing sound of the flowing river allows you to connect yourself to the 5 elements of nature and unveil its innate wisdom.
